About The Event
Coming to Cancun? Might as well stay an extra couple of days and enjoy the resort!
We have group rates available for you for 3 nights before and 3 nights after the event dates. You can purchase any number of those days (1 day extra to 6 days extra), here on this site. *If you intend to arrive more than three days before or after the event dates, you will need to book those dates (outside the three days pre/post window) directly with the resort. If you try to book with the resort during May 15-25, you will not be accounted for or included on our list, will need to change rooms, this group discount does not apply and airport transportation will NOT be provided.
Here's how it works:
Room rates are per person per night. You will need to purchase the number of tickets for the number of days you intend to stay before or after the event, based on occupancy (single for one person in a room, double for 2, triple for 3). Each person will purchase their own add-on rooms but MUST note who their roommates are. Please verify you are all purchasing the same room type prior to checkout.
You will see PRE and POST room types available, if you intend to arrive on the dates of May 15-17, purchase 1-3 PRE ticket(s), depending on how many days before the event you will arrive. If you intend on staying after the retreat is over, from May 23-25, purchase 1-3 POST ticket(s), depending on how many days after the event you will stay.
PARTNERS (non-attendees of the learning retreat)
If you intend for your partner or other adult non-attendee to join you before or after the event, please purchase two tickets on the same bill and indicate your partner's name on checkout. Please add 1 airport transportation ticket to your checkout as well so that you can ride together to/from the resort. We will assume their stay is for the days purchased (ex. 6 post-tickets double occupancy purchased, your partner will arrive on the 23 and depart on the 26 for a 3-night stay with you).
Example:
Mary plans to come 1 day before the event, on May 17, and will stay 3 days after the event concludes, till May 25 with her roommate Jessica. They intend to stay in a Junior Suite Tropical Room for the entire stay. She purchases 1 PRE- Junior Suite SINGLE Occupancy room and 3 POST- Junior Suite DOUBLE Occupancy room tickets. Jessica also purchases 3 POST- Junior Suite DOUBLE Occupancy room tickets, both noting each other as their roommates on checkout.
Note: For add-on days, airport transportation is not guaranteed to be private and may include other guests from other resorts, requiring extra stops along the way. If you arrive within the 3 days pre/post your learning retreat, airport transportation is still included in the cost of your ticket. If you are coming with a partner or friend, they will need to purchase transportation separately with us.
Keep in mind, that if you purchase an upgraded room, you will need to change rooms for the event dates unless you pay for a room upgrade separately. (Ex. You add on 3 days after the retreat, you will stay in the run-of-the-house tropical suite and move to a swim out on the 23-25.)
Resort is adults only (18+) and will not allow for anyone underage.
