OBJECTIVE

Medical Interventions & Cesarean Class helps you understand, navigate and optimize the hospital experience. Sarah Lavonne invites you into her home and pours her heart, soul and expertise to take seemingly boring and scary topics and makes them fun, low-stress, understandable and shares what your options are and when these tools would be reasonable to help you in your labor/birth.​

Cozy up with some yummy snacks, your computer, partner or support team and grow in confidence together as she walks you through some common variations of normal and interventions used in the hospital setting to help you achieve a healthy mom, baby and vaginal birth. Sarah also discusses when a Cesarean Birth would be necessary and how to make the most of the experience.
